Restaurants in New Orleans are special for a lot of reasons but one of the things that keeps the industry here strong is all the hard work done by the people at Caire. Everyone big and small shops here, and for good reason. The customer service is unrivaled. They have helped me with problems I didn’t even know I was gonna have. We opened a year ago one of the chief reasons we’ve made it this far is because of Caire. They are also have very fair pricing, usually cheaper than Restaurant Depot for most of your day to day use items. And even if they weren’t cheaper, I’d still shop here because of the reliability with items in stock, the friendly faces, and I’ll say it again, award winning customer service.
And for all you non restaurant folk reading this, they are open to the public too. You can seriously upgrade your home kitchen with everything they offer here.
